DIARY ADVERTISEMENT RENEWALS
The new Diary Advertising Manager has emailed all existing advertisers requesting confirmation that they wish their advertisement to continue in the October to March issues of the Diary. As the Diary Manager email address has changed, there is a risk that some ISPs may have categorised the email as spam. If you have not received the email, or indeed, received it and not yet responded please email Willie Allan at email@example.com as soon as possible as the deadline for advertising copy for the October Diary is 14th September and advertisement space is in high demand

HOW DO I PAY?
There are 3 ways to pay; cash, cheque or bank transfer.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ANY CHEQUE IS PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED FOR 'DIARY ADVERTS C/O WILLIE ALLAN AND YOUR BUSINESS NAME. Please note cheques will not be presented for payment until after the diary issue closing date of September 15th, therefore you may if you wish, post date your cheque to September 15th. Any cheque presented with errors (wrong payee, no signature or date etc) will be returned to you and must be returned before September 14th, or you will lose your space. HOW MUCH DO I PAY?
There are five Diaries in each six month period with the cost for five issues being £150 for an eighth of a page, £250 for 1/4 of a page. So for every 6 month renewal, you pay £150 or £250 by BACS, cheque or in cash.
For this round of renewals, your payment must be with me by 5pm September 1st 2015.
Your advertising slot will be given to the next person on the Waiting List if no remittance is received by the above date, which is an absolute and final deadline.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE YOUR 1/8 PAGE TO A 1/4, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR AVAILABILITY AS THEY ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Please note that advert placement in the Diary is not guaranteed and subject to change of position without prior warning.
I will make ONE reminder telephone call OR text OR email ON MONDAY 24TH AUGUST if no payment has been received and/or no notification of cancellation or continuation of advert has been received; if there is an answerphone I will leave a message. If there is no response, there will be NO other contact made.
There are currently more potential advertisers on the Waiting List that advertisers in the Diary and your advertising slot will be given to the next person on the Waiting List if no remittance is received by September 1st, which is an absolute and final deadline
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADVERT
Should you require any changes to your current advert please send by email preferably, or on a disc & include a further £15 as payment for these changes. Advert changes must be paid in advance before the advert change can be submitted to the Editor. You must pay for your change and send it to me no later than the 14th of each month to be included in the next issue. Payment as above, but please do not post-date cheques if paying by cheque.
Should you require an advert change: The small ad size is 92mm x 64mm or two and half inches x three and five eighths inches or 9.2cm x 6.4cm, which is slightly bigger than a business card. It is in landscape orientation.
The larger advert is 148mm x 209 mm, in portrait orientation.
You must supply your advert pre-designed. We do not provide a design service. We accept no responsibility for errors by the advertiser.
Should you wish to change your advert at any time during the year, this is when you should send your advert in for the relevant issue.
For the October issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th September

For the Dec/Jan double issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th November
For the February issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th January
For the March issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th February

For the May issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th April
For the June issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th May
For the July/August double issue, the closing Date for advert changes with payment is 14th June

With regards to your 6 month block of advertising, the first half of the year is October, November, December/January, February and March. The second half is April, May, June, July/August and September. You are currently renewing for the second half of the year, starting with the April issue.

Diary Advertising Manager
Recently the online Diary on our website has started to include all the adverts in the PDF file, at no extra cost to yourself. This can show your advert in colour. If you would like to provide YOUR CURRENT ADVERT WITH NO CHANGES to me in colour for the online version, please do so by email. If you would like a completely new advert put in the printed and online version, send me the colour version and £15 by bank transfer; the colour version will go into the online Diary, and a black and white version will appear in the printed version.
