PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
AT BARNS FARM, DALGETY BAY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT TO DALGETY BAY AND ABERDOUR COMMUNITY COUNCILS

 
There will be a Public Consultation under the current Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) ( Scotland ) Regulations 2013, in accordance with Section 7 (2) and (3) of the regulations. This relates to a proposed residential development at Barns Farm, Dalgety Bay by Persimmon Homes East Scotland.
 
The public event will be held on Monday 16th February 2015 at Dalgety Bay Library, Regents Way, Dalgety Bay , KY11 9UY between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00pm
 
The public event is an open forum for interested parties to view the proposal, obtain information from the developer and make comment.  Staff representing Persimmon Homes will be in attendance to assist with any questions or queries.  All comments made on the day of the event will be considered by the developer prior to the submission of formal planning applications to Fife Council.  Formal representations to the Council cannot be made until such time as a planning application has been submitted and registered by the local authority.
