DEER IN DALGETY BAY

Heard rumours about deer in the Bay? Ever wondered if it was all imaginary? Then wonder no more. The above photo was taken in my garden in Dalgety Bay in early April. It came into the garden from the wood behind my house, and helped itself to every tulip flower that it could find. It also avoided every daffodil and just about everything else, preferring to munch on tulip flowers alone. When I went outside it wasn't bothered, and just ambled back into the wood. It came back on many days over the course of a month to clear up any new tulip flowers, and on one occasion we saw a second one waiting in the wood.
